Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No -

Yes, in North Carolina you must be a licensed real estate agent in order to manage properties for others -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, you would call our normal number then follow the prompts -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes we can, That is your option -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We normally sign the lease but can provide a copy if you would like. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes we do. As stated under “Are you licensed?” in North Carolina you must be a licensed real estate agent in order to manage properties for others -
How and when do I get paid?
You can have your money directly deposited or we can write you a check and mail it. Once we have received the rent and paid all obligations we will disperse the funds to you. -
How is rent collection handled?
Generally that is up to the tenant. We have several options. They can mail the rent in, bring it to the office or they can use the tenants portal to pay electronically. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Our policy is to charge a month and a half deposit. The exception is if all tenants on the lease have a 700+ credit score. Then we charge one month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Once we inspect your property and you agree to work with us then we will sign a management agreement. The management is required before we can start. We are ready to go after signing. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We primarily manage single family homes, townhomes and condos. However, we will manage other properties on a case by case basis including commercial. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will get a statement every month that gives you complete break down of all incoming and outgoing money. Other reports are available if requested. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Security deposits must be held in an escrow or trust account. We have a trust account to hold all deposits.
